Kylemore Mulling Spice is ‘Christmas in a Glass’

Enough mulling spices to turn two bottles of fruity red wine into an aromatic winter warmer.

The only other thing you need for this traditional seasonal treat is a few ounces of sugar.

Directions;

• 2 Bottles of fruity red wine,
• 100g of Sugar
• Gently simmer the wine with the sugar and the mulling spices in a covered pot for up to 30 mins,
• Remove tea bag and serve hot or cool at room temperature.
  
  

For non-alcoholic drink replace wine with orange juice, tea or coffee and add sugar to taste. 

Top the spiced coffee off with some whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.
