A traditional, rustic-style giant couscous, Maftoul is formed by rolling pieces of tender bulgur wheat in flour. The unique method produces large grains of Maftoul that vary in size and shape and retain a firm texture with a nutty flavour when cooked. These grains can be used instead of couscous or rice & are perfect for pilafs, salads, tagines & soups.
