Inch House puddings are a true artisan product, hand-made to a recipe handed down through the generations using locally sourced products wherever possible including fresh Irish pig's blood, bacon & Irish oats.

Inch House puddings do not contain any Monosodium Glutamate, stabilizers, emusifiers or any artificial flavours or preservatives. They are naturally high in iron and are suitable for freezing. There is also a gluten-free black pudding to cater for those with a gluten intolerance.
