The wine then undergoes a two-month maturation period on fine lees to build a subtle, creamy texture without the influence of oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright, pale gold in colour, with a vibrant nose of gooseberry, melon and mango, with floral hints of bergamot and jasmine.
