Something special from Gabriel Castaño Buendía! The family’s two-hectare Finca La Granada in Huila, Acevedo, is where Gabriel Sr. planted the Pink Bourbon variety, which was then not very well known, and worked it over time to produce a remarkable cup of coffee.

This will make an excellent filter or Aeropress brew. As a light roast, it is recommended to  drink this without milk, so the fruit-like flavours and bright acidity come through.
