Rich and sweet, with notes of praline, butterscotch and maple syrup.

This coffee is beautifully balanced and smooth, with a buttery mouthfeel, a soft grape-like acidity and a high level of sweetness. It's perfect for espresso and moka pot preparations and will also make a richer filter coffee. Ubérrimo means 'abundant' in Spanish, the name chosen because the farm's rich soils produce an abundance of crops.
