Killahora's Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17^thcentury.

Their south-facing orchards on the Atlantic coast of Ireland’s Cork have proven ideal for growing the renowned pear varieties in this bottle.

Tasting notes:
A soft, moosey bubble mouthfeel brings out the notes of lemon peel, gooseberry and floral meadows.
