Upside Coffee - Brazil Medium Roast
Medium Roast with Tasting notes of Smooth & Sweet, tastes like Chocolate, Cherry & Almonds.
When you think of a good Brazilian coffee, you think of a smooth, easy-drinking brew that tastes pretty much like chocolate and nuts. Upside roast this coffee just between light and medium, to bring out good body, texture and balance, while preserving a little hint of the brightness to keep it interesting.
Their current Brazil is Fazenda Capim Seco - a Yellow Catuaí variety lot with the usual chocolate and nut tasting notes they look for, along with some lovely red fruit in the mix.
This is a terrific all-rounder, and will work with any brewing method. If brewing it in a stovetop/moka pot or espresso machine, a tiny bit of a bright zing should come through to complement the smooth body of the coffee.
