Our Picual is harvested from our olive grove in mid-October, just before the olives ripen, offering an intense green color with a high level of chlorophyll, giving them great vitality.

On the nose, we quickly perceive a very youthful fruitiness of green grass, banana, tomato, and green apple. The herbaceous nuances remain on the palate. Accompanying the fruitiness are a pleasant spiciness, evolving in the throat, with a slight bitterness that lingers on the palate, and a very balanced structure.

Pairing: meats, fish, pasta, cheeses.
