Delivery & Returns.
We aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible - For orders placed (Tue - Fri) before 12pm we aim to ship the same day.
We use DPD (€7.95) Track & Trace for Nationwide Delivery or Couriers for hamper delivery (€9.00). Local delivery prices vary depending on location. We deliver up to 20km from our store. (€6-€9).
Instore Vouchers - We use An Post Digital Stamps €2.
We also offer In Store Pick Up - this is free and after your order is placed we aim to have it ready the next working day (Unless it includes pre order dinners/scones which are only available on certain days)
Pick Ups - Tues - Saturday 8 - 4.30pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
Local Delivery - We deliver up to 20km from our store. Price varies depending on distance.(€6-€9). Please provide eircodes at checkout. Without this information, it may delay you order.
All homemade fresh items for instance our dinners & any baked goods are not suitable for national delivery. Local delivery (F91 Area) or instore collection only.
During busy times please allow an extra 1-3 days for Hampers to be assembled & then delivered.
We have a 14 day refund & exchange policy. Please review our "Returns" Page for more info. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please request a return or cancellation from your account within 14 days of delivery. You will need to confirm your withdrawal and provide your name and order details. We will send you an email confirmation once your withdrawal request is received.
Refunds for EU withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Please note the following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal: perishable goods (including fresh meals, baked goods, and food items), and goods with unsealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
