This marinade of Honey, Lemon & Dill on Hot Smoked Salmon is unique to the Burren Smokehouse, and it has won many awards since we created it in 2008.

Enjoy this hot-smoked organic salmon covered in a layer of honey, lemon, and fresh dill. Dill and salmon are a perfect match, and the honey adds a hint of sweetness that is balanced by the fresh flavour of the lemon.

Hot smoking is the Scandinavian method of smoking at a higher temperature which gives the salmon a flaky, drier texture than cold smoking. A favourite even with those who normally would not eat (cold) smoked salmon.

This product is sliced
