For sippin, we have a variety of drinks - wines, prosecco & cocktails
Margaritas were for us the hottest drink of the year - & we will continue this trend over the christmas period.
If you want to spicy it up & turn it into a Spicy Marg, simply add some chilli rings & pop some Maldon Sea Salt with Chilli to the rim.

For premium drinkers, have a look at some top-tier bottles of Whiskey,
Wine & Champagne
- Susana Balbo 'Nosotros' Malbec Argentina - Each vintage, Susana and her winemaking team chooses the best quality grape from a specific vineyard to create Nosotros, one of the few ultra-premium Argentine Malbecs. Only a limited quantity of Nosotros is made each year, therefore, every bottle is special and unique.
- For a Red, we are choosing - Château Fongaban Puisseguin Saint-Émilion. It’s a classic French style that pairs extremely well with roast meats like turkey and glazed ham, thanks to its balanced tannins and savoury fruit.

- For a White, we are going with - Better Half Sauvignon Blanc, 2022, Marlborough is often a step up in quality and complexity compared to many everyday whites, with expressive citrus, tropical fruit and crisp acidity. Pour this with turkey (especially with herby sides or creamy sauces) to cleanse the palate between bites.
- Looking for something for hard cheeses & desserts? This is for you - Le Contesse Pinot Rosé. A gentle strawberry-scented sparkling rosé from Italy. Fresh and characterful with a hint of sweetness and a well-balanced finish. Delicious.
-
The Wild Card - L’orange Du Moulin - Classified as an Orange Wine, this French white wine is produced by leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the juice longer during production, creating a deep orange or amber colour liquid. In terms of aromas, this wine opens with notes of fresh mint followed by opulent raspberries and violets. Pairs extremely well with spiced dishes such as lamb tajine, as an aperitif or with soft cheeses. Certified biodynamic and organic.
