Competition T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Online Competition offered by Kate's Kitchen on our website, kateskitchen.ie By participating in the competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Competition.

Competition

• To enter, participants must sign up to our newsletter using the competition pop-up form on our website.
• Participants must confirm their subscription (double opt-in). Only confirmed newsletter subscribers will be counted as valid entries.
• Internet access is required; the competition is online only.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• The competition opens on  20/11/2025  and closes on 20/12/2025 at 10am.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
• The prize is a €100 online voucher for our store, kateskitchen.ie.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent alternative if necessary.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up.
• By entering, participants agree that we may use their personal data for the administration of the competition and for subscribing them to our newsletter.
• Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
