Preparation of forest honey harvested in the Vosges, smoked by hand - cold - with oak wood.

They have done a lot of trials to achieve a balance: the smoke is present, in the nose and in the mouth, but does not take over the fruity delicacy of this forest honey.

Some suggestions for use: - to accompany your cheeses - fresh goat cheese platters, sheep's cheese, cured Comté cheese, etc. - as a topping after cooking on roasted vegetables, mushrooms or meat to easily add a woody and smoky note - in simple sauces (e.g. smoked honey mayonnaise)

For dessert, smoked can also be very interesting - in combination with cocoa for example. Artisanal production in Vendée, France.
