Christmas Deliveries
Final day for ordering is Thursday, 18th.
Orders must be in before 1pm.
Any orders in after this time, we will try our very best to get them processed & shipped on Friday 19th, but we are unsure of the arrival date. Order at your own risk :)
We are closed from 24th - 6th January - Any orders placed during this time will be processed & shipped upon reopening.
Click & Collect is a free delivery option you can choose from. We aim to get orders fulfilled as soon as they come in.
Regular Shipping Schedules
We aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible -
For Republic of Ireland Orders orders placed before 12 pm we aim to ship the same day. (Tuesday - Friday)
€7.95 - Track & Trace.
Local Doorstep Delivery - Orders must be placed on or before 8:15 am on delivery day. Prices vary depending on location. We deliver up to 20km from our store. (€6-€9).
Local delivery applies to anywhere within a 20km radius of our store.
Our Local Delivery Service operates Wednesdays & Saturdays
During busy seasonal times please allow an extra 3 days for Hampers to be assembled & then delivered.

Returns:
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note for legal reasons cosmetic products can only be returned if all seals and packaging are unbroken.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, sale items & gift cards
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kateskitchen.ie and send your item to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you- to be only used online.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to send a refund to the gift giver .
Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Where possible you should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure return delivery.
