L’orange Du Moulin from the Château Moulin de Peyronin is made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris. Classified as an Orange Wine, this French white wine is produced by leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the juice longer during production – creating a deep orange or amber colour liquid. In terms of aromas, this wine opens with notes of fresh mint followed by opulent raspberries and violets. Pairs extremely well with spiced dishes such as lamb tajine, as an aperitif or with soft cheeses. Certified biodynamic and organic.
