Description

For the ultimate roast vegetables & potatoes.

Recipe suggestion;

Parboil potatoes & drain well, rough up edges slightly by shaking gently in the pot or colander. While potatoes are drying, add 1 tablespoon of Duck Fat to a roasting tin & place in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins at 220 °C / 454°F / Gas Mark 7.

Once the fat is hot, carefully add the potatoes & coat them in the fat. Place in the oven for approx. 45 mins turning occasionally to ensure potatoes are crisp & crunchy on all sides.
