Llewellyn`s Irish Balsamic Cider Vinegar
Llewellyns Balsamic Cider Vinegar is unique in that it is made entirely from apples, whereas the balsamic vinegar which people, in general, are familiar with is made, of course, from grapes. It is also, uniquely, the only balsamic vinegar produced in Ireland.
What makes this luxurious vinegar so rich, what gives it its dark colour and its sweetness, is the fact that it consists partially of fully fermented vinegar, but also partially of evaporated, condensed apple juice which remains unfermented, thus adding the rich sweetness and flavour to the sharpness in the finished vinegar.
This Balsamic Cider Vinegar is made entirely from apples, and has NO sulphites, and NO caramel added
It takes around 6 kilos of fresh apples to eventually finish up as 1 litre of Balsamic Cider Vinegar. This vinegar is an indulgence, and a little goes a long way. 250ml
Absolutely wonderful taste!
