• Use to make hummus,
• Whisk with citrus fruit juice, water, garlic and maybe a little honey for a fantastic salad dressing,
• Serve on roasted aubergines and cauliflower
• Mix into yoghurt with garlic and lemon to go with charcoal grilled meats or fish.
