Mozzarella cheese is a sliceable curd cheese originating in Italy. Macroom Buffalo Mozzarella is made from Irish Buffalo milk produced in Kilnamartyra, Cork.
This cheese melts beautifully on pasta, pizza, and meatballs or torn up for salads or slices with tomato and balsamic.
