Mrs Bridges | Seedless Bramble Preserve

You can imagine Mrs Bridges making a pantry full of bramble preserve to see upstairs - and downstairs - through the winter, this preserve shows signs of the hedgegrow flavour and no signs of seeds as promised. 

Ingredients:

Sugar, Brambles, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
