Click & Collect is a free delivery option you can choose from. We aim to get orders fulfilled as soon as they come in.
Regular Shipping Schedules Â
We aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible -
For Republic of Ireland Orders orders placed before 12 pm we aim to ship the same day. (Tuesday - Friday)Â

 Local Doorstep Delivery - Orders must be placed on or before 8:15 am on delivery day. Prices vary depending on location. We deliver up to 20km from our store. (€6-€9).
Local delivery applies to anywhere within a 20km radius of our store.
Our Local Delivery Service operates Wednesdays & SaturdaysÂ
During busy seasonal times please allow an extra 3 days for Hampers to be assembled & then delivered.Â

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please request a return or cancel order here from your account within 14 days of delivery. You will need to confirm your withdrawal and provide your name and order details. We will send you an email confirmation once your withdrawal request is received.
Refunds for EU withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note for legal reasons, cosmetic products can only be returned if all seals and packaging are unbroken.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, sale items & gift cards
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kateskitchen.ie and send your item to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you- to be only used online.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to send a refund to the gift giver .
Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Where possible you should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure return delivery.
