Sheridan's Rye & Linseed crackers are handmade in West Cork. They use Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, and brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix. 140gm

Ingredients: Stone-ground rye flour 35%, water, unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, linseeds 2%, sea salt

Allergens: Rye Flour (gluten), Wheat Flour (gluten). Made in a bakery which also handles nuts.
