These handcrafted bases are made the way the boys were taught in Naples using the finest '00' flour, and are slowly fermented before being cooked at over 400 degrees Celsius.

Simply top, bake, slice up & enjoy!

Cook in a standard oven for 6-7 Minutes - overcooking will lead to the dough drying out & becoming too crispy.

Portable pizza ovens like Ooni, top your pizza & cook on a low heat for 2-3 minutes for the perfect pie.
