Nduja Sausage
A delicious Italian ingredient, (en-DOO-yah) 'nduja is soft, spreadable, spicy pork sausage. Nduja does not need to be cooked before eating.
It can be served as a spread on crackers or bread but its texture also allows it to be used in cooking, to add colour and heat. Try it as a pizza topping or as part of a spicy casserole. The brilliance of nduja is that while you can certainly eat a lot of it very quickly (and nobody would blame you) it is so packed with flavor that even a small amount can go a long way.
It lasts a few weeks in the fridge once open, just make sure to tightly wrap the open end.

Lovely spreadable sausage. Great size, I still have plenty in the fridge. Very tasty, a bit too spicy. Great on toast and with mash.

This is a good quality nduja. Proper sausage as opposed to jar version. Great on pizza, add to pasta sauce or spread on sourdough toast.

I love hot food and this, similar to chorizo based sausage, with a nice touch of spice, and spreadable to boot is a great find.
