Lynch's Local Honey comes straight from Dylan & Hannah's hives. Pure, raw, unpasteurised and coarse-filtered only, preserving the natural flavour, aroma and goodness created by their native Irish honeybees.

Lynch's hives are nestled in a biodiverse Sligo forest, where the surrounding landscape shapes the character of every jar.  Their bees gather nectar from willow, hawthorn, sycamore, dandelion, clover, willowherb, bramble, heather and countless other wildflowers.

The result is a rich, natural honey that captures the taste of Sligo’s woodlands, hedgerows and seasons — a true reflection of the world around us.
