De La Rosée | Rosemary Honey Matcha

Rosemary honey preparation harvested in the Spanish province of Valencia and Japanese matcha.

They have selected rosemary honey for its sweetness, subtlety, and vegetal notes. There is little sugar on the palate, allowing the matcha to fully express itself.

A surprising and addictive treat. The preparation easily finds its place in plain yoghurts or plant-based desserts. You can also add a generous spoonful to your daily granolas or bowls: matcha pairs particularly well with dark chocolate.
