Levoni | Smoked Guanciale
Guanciale is an Italian speciality made from the most tender part of the pig, the cheek (guancia in Italian), which is rubbed with salt and spices and cured. Guanciale is the main ingredient for many traditional Italian recipes, including Carbonara and Amatriciana.
