Oranessence | Phu Quoc Black Pepper

Grown in Phu Quoc - the largest island of the Vietnamese archipelago - this rare pepper with a fruity flavour is one of the best peppers in the world. It will enhance delicate dishes such as seafood and fish, but its use can extend to most of your dishes. In Vietnam, it is crushed with sea salt and lime juice to serve as a condiment.

Use it in a grinder or crushed, and at the end of cooking or when plating to avoid prolonged cooking.
