Oranessence | Voatsiperifery Pepper from Madagascar

Wild pepper from Madagascar was discovered a few years ago. More and more present among gourmets, it seduces by its freshness, as well as by its woody and fruity flavour. It enhances grilled red meats, semi-cooked foie gras, red fruits and chocolate. Crush it at the time of use. Coarse grinding allows its aromas to be developed as much as possible. Use at the end of cooking or when serving.
