The Farmhouse | Raw Blossom Honey

This deliciously healthy Ivy Honey was a finalist in the Blas na hEireann 2022 Irish Food Awards.

A 227g jar of pure Ivy Honey is soft set and creamy-coloured with a distinctive flavour. Their  bees forage on ivy in September/October (until the first hard frosts of winter).

It is unheated and coarse filtered, with pollen particles present, and when it comes to chesty coughs and bronchitis, reach by Limerick-based beekeeper and scientist Conan McDonnell has shown ivy honey to be most effective. What a great choice for boosting your immune system!
