A fresh and zesty white from Spain’s lush Basque region. Made mostly from Hondarrabi Zuri with Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, fermented cool and rested on lees for extra flavour and texture.

Txakoli (pronounced chak-ko-lee) is a wine of the Basque Country in Spain’s far north between Logroño and Bilbao. The climate here is very different from other wine-growing regions in Spain, notoriously damp and humid with undulating mountains and valleys.
