Biona Organic White Spelt Spaghetti is sourced from one of the oldest cultivated grains, and an ancient cousin of wheat, spelt. Spelt is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat and although not gluten free, is often tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
