Yakso makes tempeh from fermented soybeans. It is very high in fibre, easily digestible and contains many good nutrients. It also contains a high content of iron, calcium and magnesium. An extraordinary nutritious product! Tempeh is very suitable for marinating and is slightly firmer than tofu in terms of "bite".
Ingredients: SOYA BEANS* (80%), water, rhizopus culture. *Verified organically grown.
