GingerBeards Preserves | Ginger Toffee Mustard BBQ Sauce

A collab with New Bristol Brewery using their Cinder Toffee Stout, this is their take on a Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. With hints of crunchie bar and a mild heat from the mustard, it is best enjoyed as a sauce topping for mac and cheese and works a treat with chicken and pork.

Good with mac n cheese, pork belly, BBQs.

beer (water, malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, sugar)(26%), cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, mustard flour (12%), granulated sugar, tomato puree, sea salt, black pepper, turmeric.
