On-The-Quiet Sauvignon Blanc is Jules’ take on a fumé blanc, Sauvignon Blanc vinified in old French barrels as opposed to stainless steel tanks. Crafted from hand-picked fruit from her Plunkett Vineyard in the lower Wairau subregion of Marlborough, the resultant wine represents a unique interpretation of the Marlborough Sauvignon style.

Pale lime-gold, this white exudes finesse in an intriguing fusion of soft peach, honey and guava, lightly seasoned with flickers of oaky caramel and pecan. Concentrated and silky, with a long, fine finish.
