There are many arguments about what goes into a chilli or not. This is made with coffee, which adds a great depth of flavour. It can also be used to make a vegetarian dish, where the meat is replaced by e.g. lentils or potatoes. So tasty with baked potato, nachos, burritos even some homemade taco chip !
