A delicious Italian ingredient,(en-DOO-yah) 'nduja is soft, spreadable, spicy pork sausage. Nduja does not need to be cooked before eating.
It can be served as a spread on crackers or bread but its texture also allows it to be used in cooking, to add colour and heat. Try it as a pizza topping or as part of a spicy casserole. The brilliance of nduja is that while you can certainly eat a lot of it very quickly (and nobody would blame you) it is so packed with flavor that even a small amount can go a long way.

I love hot food and this, similar to chorizo based sausage, with a nice touch of spice, and spreadable to boot is a great find.
