Nduja Sausage
A delicious Italian ingredient, (en-DOO-yah) 'nduja is soft, spreadable, spicy pork sausage. Nduja does not need to be cooked before eating.
It can be served as a spread on crackers or bread but its texture also allows it to be used in cooking, to add colour and heat. Try it as a pizza topping or as part of a spicy casserole. The brilliance of nduja is that while you can certainly eat a lot of it very quickly (and nobody would blame you) it is so packed with flavor that even a small amount can go a long way.
It lasts a few weeks in the fridge once open, just make sure to tightly wrap the open end.

Do You Gift Wrap?
- We can gift wrap any items you might need. Select gift wrap or gift box at the checkout.
The gift box is more suitable for a few items, this is our luxury branded gift
box. All of our pre-made hampers already include a hamper box in their price so
no need to add at the checkout.
- At the check out there is a space to leave a
gift note, we will handwrite & add this for you. Please note our gifting
options do not appear if you use the Shop Pay accelerated checkout.

- We deliver nationwide, €7.95 & we deliver ourselves
Locally (Only to addresses starting with Eircode F91) every Wednesday &
Saturday €7.
- We also offer click & collect in-store. For Local Delivery -
your order must be placed the night before our local delivery days.
