Selected from some of Pinoso’s best vineyards, these Monastrell grapes are dry grown — no irrigation at all in one of the hottest parts of Spain — fully organic and from vines in excess of 50 years old. Alicante, Spain.

A rich unoaked wine,  The texture is full and rich, soft and balanced, complex, long and smooth, bursting with ripe plums and cherries with a spicy vanilla backdrop and savoury afternotes of soy, dark chocolate and coffee beans.
