Popping Corn - To make popcorn; coat the bottom of a medium pot with a thin layer of oil. Add about a cup of this corn, place lid on pot and heat over a medium flame for a few minutes. When popping sound begins, turn the heat down and (without removing the lid) shake pot regularly to avoid burning and to encourage all the kernels to pop. When popping sound finishes, remove from the heat and enjoy this quick and easy snack. BE CAREFUL ITS HOT
