Viña Amate Rioja Tempranillo

Very easy-drinking Rioja joven, young, unoaked and packed with ripe fruit.

Light to medium bodied in appearance, bright ruby in colour with violet reflections, and loaded with ripe strawberries, red cherries and spiced plum on the nose. The palate is fresh and fruity on the open, tangy berry and currant flavours with a nice mineral touch, drying tannins providing structure and a clean, lip-smacking finish.

Serve with your favourite tapas -  potatas bravas or chorizo in chilli oil, or just a fine wedge of Manchego.
