For those of you that know White Mausu's sauces, this one is a little different. It has got a lot less bits but no less flavour. The oil has been deeply infused in a two part process and they have used a type of chipotle called Morita chilli to bring that fruity smoky funk. 

Its a chilli oil with endless applications ie all the usuals, bowls of rice, vegetables, beans, on the eggs, drizzled over your steak.
