This White Whale Teqiwi Hot Sauce is a salsa verde-style hot sauce, but with a few unique twists. The base is present with roasted Jalapeños, garlic, onion and coriander, but there are a few ingredients that you don't see every day in this type of hot sauce: caramelised green apples, kiwi and some Tequila to top it off.
